- Secondly, give the answers that best describe your current reality
- Compare the answers to find starting points for improvement
- Collaborate with a colleague, supplier or 'customer' to improve your answers and/or the questions
Revisit this test with others from time to time in order to improve your answers. Also consider improving the questions.
