Riverside Primary School has individual additional support plans for more than 180 of its students. This whole program is managed by one of the Assistant Principals who also happens to teach the equivalent of four days per week.
How is this possible? The right information management tools! A relatively simple database that is set-up to meet the needs of the users. It capture critical information, schedules support tasks for all support staff and flags key information for all users.
As a result the value of the work of support staff has increased by 30-40% and important matters do not get overlooked.
